It's our perfect beach house on the Mornington Peninsula. Being so close to the beach you can hear the waves breaking at night and smell the sea air on the deck in summer. You will need to walk up a number of steps to the front entrance (it's not for the faint-hearted or infirm!) as the house is situated high on a sand dune.
We love that there are so many spaces in this house for our group to not feel confined. Some choose to head to the front garden and light a fire in the firepit, sit around and chat under the gazebo.
Others swim and lounge around the sparkling pool (solar heated) or play a game of pool in the lower lounge. We choose drinks on the lower deck sitting on bar stools at a high table. It's our location for evening cocktails, but we all come together around the dining table that seats everyone.
Please note that the property has security cameras outside that monitor the exterior, including the pool area.
